Terms of service

These terms apply when you use OTTO. By creating an account you agree to them.

Who we are

OTTO is provided by the operator of tryotto.dev, a sole proprietor in British Columbia, Canada ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@tryotto.dev.

The service

OTTO is in early access. It may change, pause or stop, and features may come and go. OTTO is free. Some features use your own accounts with other providers, such as a Surplus or E2B key, and those providers may charge you directly.

Your account

You must be 18 or older. Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity in your workspace, including the members you invite.

Your content

What you put into OTTO stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run OTTO for you, as the privacy policy describes.

What OTTO does for you

OTTO and the agents you run act on your instructions, approvals and settings. They can make mistakes. Review what they do before you rely on it. Approvals, budgets and the kill switch are there for you to use. You are responsible for actions taken with your accounts, keys and machines.

Other services

When you connect a service or run an agent on your machine, you use that service under its own terms.

Acceptable use

You agree to the acceptable use policy.

Suspension and ending

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the acceptable use policy, or that puts other people or OTTO at risk. You can stop using OTTO and delete your workspace at any time.

No warranty

OTTO is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost data, profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to 100 Canadian dollars.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the last change, and we tell you in OTTO before a change that matters takes effect.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and disputes go to the courts of British Columbia.
